1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Greader service and its associated Telegram integration (@GreaderHuyBot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Greader is a productivity and reporting tool integrated with Telegram. It is designed to securely access and read specific incoming emails (such as important notifications or reports) from connected Google accounts, allowing users to streamline their daily workflows and receive updates directly through a chat interface.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and the Google Accounts you choose to link. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the service for any illegal, malicious, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Google API Usage and Privacy

Our service utilizes Google APIs (specifically the Gmail API) to function. Your use of our service is also subject to your agreement to Google's Terms of Service. We only access the data absolutely necessary to perform the service (read-only email access), in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Greader, its developers, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination and Revocation

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your usage at any time by issuing the /revoke command in the Telegram bot, or by manually revoking the application's access in your Google Account security settings.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
